Not a lot of lifting this month. Knee was acting funky. I rested it. I did some stuff that I didn't record as well, because if i wasn't really lifting, who cares what i actually did? This is stupid reasoning, but why there's a break in my log. On the plus side, pullups are getting better/stronger!
